Zephyr Teachout

Zephyr Teachout, associate professor of law at Fordham University, is a former anti-corruption candidate for both New York Attorney General and New York governor. She is also the author of “Corruption in America: From Benjamin Franklin’s Snuff Box to Citizens United.” Previously the first national director of the Sunlight Foundation – an organization established to promote government transparency – Teachout was also a non-resident fellow at the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard Law School and the director of internet organizing for Howard Dean’s 2004 presidential campaign.
